Battery Life with BT on all the time

What is the expected battery life of the phone with BT on all the time. (with the odd call through the day but no major usage). Officially the stanby is "standby 4.0 days" which is putting the long weekend at a push as it is.

If I can safely get though a good long weekend then I might think about getting this phone but as there are no wired hands free kits around it looks like BT would have to stay on all the time as i don't want to have to go switching it on and off each time I jump in the car.

if you could specify what you mean with the odd call through the day...

i don't turn bluetooth off anymore and if you don't talk for hours every day you should easily make it over the weekend...

The odd call i.e. 5-10 minutes, maybe 1 30 minute conversation over the week .

I think the battery life is great on the phone, but with BT on I don't know if you would be so lucky. Your bluetooth headset certainly wouldn't last that long anyway.

And when you refer to a wired handsfree kit, do you mean a car kit, because there is actually a wired handsfree included in the box with the phone.

Mine's not too bad, I'm getting 3-4 days with BT on permanently. Although I only use it for the odd call, not a heavy user.

When I said Wired i meant a proper hardwired kit where you place your phone into a cradle and it then if a call comes in it mutes you stereo and plays it through the main speakers etc (rather than the ear piece wired kit)
