Upgraded to latest Orange Rom - Now Bluetooth wont work HELP

I upgraded to the latest Orange UK ROM now Bluetooth won't pair with my Bluetrek G2 Headset. I've checked the headset with another phone and it's fine. Also the volume through the supplied wired handsfree kit is very quiet and adjusting the volume doesn't help. Orange CS say contact HTC?? Not a lot of help there.

Anyone got any tips?
