Help with Incoming call screen problem

Hello guys...

I'm looking for some help to fix a little problem with my incoming call screen. I have tried searching the forum but cannot find a solution.

I have an Orange C500 and I have managed to change the default orange alert, warning, info screens etc...

The problem is that when I receive an incoming call I get my new gif image in the bottom right hand corner...BUT I am still getting an orange banner at the bottom too which covers the image (REALLY ANNOYING!!). I have changed the gif that appears when dialling and when I am in a call..am I missing something??? is it ms_mobile.gif??

The orange banner looks the same as the banner when I am dialing image but it is at the bottom and not at the top!!

ANY help would be greatly appreciated

It sounds like the (really annoying) default caller id picture - if it's the same as on the E200. To remove this, go into the IA Caller ID app (or photo ID not sure what it's called on the C500) and do the following:

Menu>Options>Set Default Photos

This should bring up the options 'Unknown photo' 'Not-found photo' and 'default photo'

Select each one in turn and press Menu>Unassign Photo

If it's the same as the E200, this should sort your problem out.
