GPRS working but settings blank

Hi - was wondering if anyone could help - just got my new SPV, had several sim updates - GPRS seems to be working fine though the DNS settings are blank - should this be happening.

Also is there problems at the moment with sending MMS or will I just need to ask them to send another sim update.
