Guest pwest13 Posted September 4, 2004 Report Posted September 4, 2004 Hey peepz, just wondering if there is an app, or one being created considered before about a battery life timer. To mak emyself a little clearer, my 8390 has ok battery life but when the phone itself says "main battery low replace battery charger immedietly etc..." it isnt actually really low, i cant still text or call for a good time yet. What im lookin for is an app which says like exactly how long batter time i have left in 'time' not bar length. See what i mean? "1 hour 29 minutes battery power left." Good idea? Bad idea? Does it exist? Thanks, Westy
Guest pwest13 Posted September 4, 2004 Report Posted September 4, 2004 im not so sure, what if it just used the battery bars position for timing, so when the bar is half full say 18hours left or w/e, i suppose this would be alot of work to make it accurate tho.
Guest beersoft Posted September 4, 2004 Report Posted September 4, 2004 squalls talking bobbins again, my battery monitor does excatly that as im too lazy to find the thread i have attached the lated version later Owenbattery monitor.CAB
Guest londonlad Posted September 5, 2004 Report Posted September 5, 2004 beersofts monitor does tell you in days/hours how long you have left but its not very reliable (cos it cant be) because the battery consumption changes are very volatile. so 1 min you have 3 days 12 hours next min you'll have 3 days 4 hours. so you cant really have a reliable battery timer cos the battery doesnt use the same amount all the time.
Guest nickcornaglia Posted September 5, 2004 Report Posted September 5, 2004 edit sorry beery Chicken...Don't edit your posts! I wanted to see what you said.

Guest beersoft Posted September 5, 2004 Report Posted September 5, 2004 im going to have to stop posting replys when hungover, they just sound all wrong :) the newer version i posted here rocks (if i do say so myself) with its fun buttons that don't do anything and some other stuff i have forgotten about later Owen
