E100 Whats Happened?

Hi guys i was doing a update on my e100 to v1.6 and it got to the stage where it was in canary and the update tool was not respoding so i ended the application unplugged my phone rebooted to find it keeps booting sayin card found press any key to enter boot loader. So i thought hmm did a hard reset and still nothing.

What has happened ??

Sounds like the record button is stuck as the only time it

will show that message is when you power on to get to the

Canary screen or a Hard Reset.

When updating you ideally want to be in the canary screen but

if you get problems it's best to reboot with phone still connected

to the pc and in the canary screen then turn off firewall and re-run update.

yea i have tried to re-run the update i downaloded. I downloaded it 10 mins prior to me updating i try again and it says the up date version is corrupt thats after it has scanned thephone.?

Sometimes while updating it can look as if the update has frozen.

The main phone killer is if you had stopped the install during the

erase process, but as you can still get to the canary screen the phone is recoverable.
