ok got replacement phone due too buttons not working and i found that the call and disconect buttons are slightly indented has anyone else noticed this? is this a better made e200?

ok not too good a picture but the symbol of the handset is slighlty lowered, feels more quality than the old design.

hopefully also joystick feels like its further out than last one, but maybe thats because it got pushed in after keeping it in a jean pocket.

This is the same with mine, except it has a gap inbetween the cover and the keys :)

I got a replacement recently, and i agree...

my new joystick sticks out much more (like my phone has a nipple erection)

Also has the gap between facia and keys.

Must be the monkeys at orange putting them together. I heard a rumour that orange satisfy all replacements with re-conditioned phones, so maybe it happens when a phone has been taken apart and put back together again

is it the same are the answer and hang up keys set into the button ? (sorry dont really know the rite way to describe what is actually going on, english not too good, i am english though just 18 )

I too have just recieved an Orange Care replacement (also due to faulty buttons and joystick, as well as a dodgy vibrate motor that didn't always work), and aswell as the slightly new shell/keys, I also noticed that the USB connector at the bottom is larger, in that it fits in and out of the cradle a lot easier.
