issue with answer phone button

I have had this issue with my first c500 and my current replacement (first c500 was replaced because of home button stopped working). Everytime I press the answer phone key '1' it displays the + sign on screen and doesnt dial my voicemail, I have to dial the number 123 I think it is. Anyone else with this issue?

Not sure 100% myself. I'm still waiting for mine to arrive (tomorrow - yay!) I think i've read that this is a known issue with the phone. Anyone who knows, feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.
