Do CalledID apps drain battery?

Okay im just looking for a concensus.

Do the Called ID apps drain battery life? Like significantly. I know this question has been raised in other threads but there was no real concensus on the topic.

Now I did a hardreset not too long ago, and I dont wanna go clogging up my phone until I get some overall opinions. Personally I find the callerid apps to bea novelty, but it was suggested to me that they can drain battery life more, so I havent reinstalled em since that.

So in short, does anyone using these apps, none specfically can be any from IA, to smartface to ICU etc, do you think that it drains your battery more?

Alrighty I get the hint.

Obviously its not a major issue, otherwise I guess it would have been definitely sorted out by now.

I mean if 45 views and all I got is 2 responses, and thats 50/50 I guess its probably likely that any battery depletition is quite minimal.
