IMAP Mail and Active Sync

Hi, hope someone can help me.

I use a PIPEX IMAP account for email. I've set up my C500 to receive my email on the go, which it does, but I can't get it to sync via ActiveSync (USB) with Outlook 2003 at home. ActiveSync works fine with my contacts, calendar and tasks, so I guess it's the IMAP mail that's at fault. Is there any setting I need to change on the handset/activesync prog to make this happen?
