Guest Cybox Posted September 6, 2004 Report Posted September 6, 2004 Hello there I hope someone is able to shed some light on this?? I'm trying out eWallet just now to decide wether to purchase or not and one of the features that will help me deside is syncing from PC to C500. Reading their instructions they say in options tick the "File Syncronisation" option and syncing between computer and phone is possible. When I setup sync options on eWallet, it recognises the connected C500 but when I try to sync I get an error message and no syncing is carried out. In the options I dont see File Syncronisation as an option is this my problem.. and if so how do I get it installed in activesync?? Thanks in advance.
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted September 7, 2004 Report Posted September 7, 2004 You will need to contact eWallet, from what I remember when the app first came out it did not support syncing with the PC only the PocketPC version does this. This app was one of the very early apps for the phone along with CodeWallet Pro
Guest Cybox Posted September 8, 2004 Report Posted September 8, 2004 thanks for the reply... Yea thats correct it was an issue with Orange Signing the version of the sync program that comes with the download is not signed. The people at eWallet gave me the link to download the updated (signed) version and it works perfectly now!
Guest chucky.egg Posted September 8, 2004 Report Posted September 8, 2004 Oh, cool! I gave up on syncing using their system and am trying PDASyncServer instead. Can you post the link for the new version
