Guest jscotl Posted September 6, 2004 Report Posted September 6, 2004 I've got a Nokia full "handsfree" car kit installed & I keep looking at it's cradle & thinking it must be possible to connect my c500 somehow. A small extension cable + adaptor perhaps?
Guest jscotl Posted September 20, 2004 Report Posted September 20, 2004 Sorry for the slow reply..... It's the kit that fits the Nokia 6310i, If my memory serves right
Guest lwilshire Posted December 22, 2004 Report Posted December 22, 2004 I have the same one i think in my new car and want to know the same thing, had any luck with this? If not then lets hope some one has....... come on people, anybody?
Guest lwilshire Posted January 6, 2005 Report Posted January 6, 2005 Good news!, as far as finding a cradle solution to the problem i have drawn a blank but I may have stumbled across a better option: Bluetooth Adapter What it does is you remove the nokia cradle and plug this thingy into the control box wherever that is (I think mine is somewhere under the passenger footwell) this then enables you to pair your C500 with the car kit by bluetooth (I think  ) Its a bit on the expensive side but it might be an elegant solution, no plugging in really, just buy a nice cradle to go over the holes the nasty nok!a one left in the dash to put your phone on. Of course it would be cool coz it keeps your phone free to use with other stuff like plugging it into the car stereo via a cd car adapter to play MP3's etc. Hope this solves the problem, only thing left is for me to find the £60 i need to buy the damn thing (that tomtom is gonna be waiting a bit longer... :) ) Let me know what you think...
Guest irowan Posted January 7, 2005 Report Posted January 7, 2005 where do you get the bluetooth convertor from?
