New T9 i in E200, How to insert it!?

Hello there all smartphone friends!

I've managed get a Norwegian T9 file called T9NorwegianLdb.dll for my UK Orange E200. The other T9 files is in the windows directory, but if i place the file in this folder it's gone when I'm restarting the phone. Where can i put it, or can i make it stay in the windows folder?

Any Ideas?
