newbie po--question lng po about sa hard reset

hi guys, patulong naman sa problem ko kc ung phone ko kc naka activate para magamit ung globe..pag nag hard reset ba ako malock ba ulit un sa smart?tnx

kung na sim-unlock mo na.... hindi na sya SPAMlik sa smart after a hardreset.
