Latest SPV Upgrade loading problem

I am just trying to upgrade my SPV200 currently running ROM 2.6.5.3.

I have upgraded active sync to 3.7.1 & am trying to load RUU v 2.62 OrangeUK 2.7.1 Ship which I have downloaded from Oranges UK website I keep gettin "Error 100 imcompatible image. The image is not designed to work with your phone. Download the correct image from your country web site". Has anyone had this problem or any ideas.

My phone is an unlocked UK orange phone with a vodaphone SIM

When running the update try doing it from the Canary screen

as this is the best way to do updates.
