Playlists in Windows Media Player

Hi, I have searched to try and find out if WMP can have individual playlists but I can't seen to find out if it can - I've tried playing with and can't find out how to do it. The reason is it would be good to create individual playlists rather than having all your music mixed up together in one large playlist.

Can this be done with C500 (which I recently got) or will I need a third party app. If so what should I get.
