Newbie help!

After complaining about my loverrrly phone (E200) not being able to do some stuff, i've decided to jump into the world of smartphone programming! (cheer, yay!)

Slight problem: i don't know eVC++ or have any past experience of windows based programming. So, I was wondering if anyone had any recommended tutorials or online guides to get me started?

I already have quite a bit of programming knowledge/experience with other languages (but only a working knowledge of c++), so hopefully I won't need to start right from the bottom. (it can't be harder than prolog......!)

what you need to do this download the SDK for smartphone from MS site and there is a book on embedded programming which is very useful ,

apart from that all i could really say is there is less information on how to program a basic application for smartphone then there is for some like VB6
