Guest chucky.egg Posted September 9, 2004 Report Posted September 9, 2004 When I mark some emails for download it goes and gets the wrong email (an email that doesn't match the header). I've had this 3 times now, and it always happens to emails I really want on the phone! I thought it was happening after I've deleted some junk and then marked one of the remaining emails for download (without doing a send and receive first) but I tested that theory earlier and it didn't seem to hold up. I can't replicate the problem myself, has anyone else had this?
Guest Dr Who Posted September 9, 2004 Report Posted September 9, 2004 Yeah, someone else has reported this problem, can't remember who though. Try the buglist. Was a problem on the E200 as well, apparently.

In fact more than just being mismatched the email that should have the attachment is no longer readable and the email above it is displayed. Anybody ???
Guest Chiz Posted June 22, 2005 Report Posted June 22, 2005 It has also been discussed here http://www.modaco.com/C500_confused_by_email-t207696.html but I don't think it is a satisfactory conclusion. I have the same problem but have gone for the method in the above link of deletion to get what I want. OK (seems to be) for one e-mail but I would imagine it would get confused if there were 2 or more. Hopefully someone can help.
