my spv E200

hello just got the SPV E200 but have been trying endlessly to unlock it.its locked to range network but i want to use it for another network.tried some few unlocking stuff all to find out i was using the one that is v1.07.02 doc .

please i need a better idea on what to do.how best do i get it unlocked.
