installing skins

I've downloaded a skin from coolsmartphone which is an HME file and I got the Smartexplorer CAB file as well, but I don't seem to be able to send it across to my phone (spv e200) and now I'm getting fed up because I know I know how to do it but am having a dizzy day. Idiot proof instructions please?!?!? :)

You might be doing this already but here ya go:

Put the phone in the cradle.

Wait till activesync goes green and finishs syncing with your pc.

Click Explore in Activesync and a window will open.

Navigate to StorageWindowsStart Menu.

Copy and paste the CAB there.

On the phone press the Start soft button and find the CAB.

Click it and it should install.

i have the same problem,but it can only installed the homescreen with *.hme,but it wont install homescreen with *.cab....it said :

"installation failed.the program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have adequate system permissions."

i'm using o2 xphone with spv e200' 2.6.1.3 ROM,anyone know how to fix it? :?:
