i can not hard reset my phone

Hi all, :oops:

please help with my smartphone-2 problem.its imate windows 2003.i was calling on enumber and suddenly my mobile went off.now when i make it on.everything was lost.no contacts no inbox and also i cannot run any programe.it says this software is not from a trustable source kinda message.

So after this i decided to hard reset my phone.now when i press action key it shows me light grey screen but it dont proceed after that.can anyone in this world help me.

When you tried to hard reset did it let you into the bootloader menu ? If not, try it with the SD card removed.

no it dont let me it just stop there in clean grey screen after pressing the action key.i cannot have the menu where i can choose option 8 for reset.
