How to edit contacts in outlook and make it change on phone

I find it a bit difficult to setup outlook and phone sync.

I want to be able to fx. delete a contact in outlook and then it should be deleted on the phone too..automatically..but it doesn't.

Ofcause I would also like it to work the other way around too.

I sync. with to pc's so if I delete a contact on one pc with phone attached and going to the other pc will the change on the first pc and the phone be transferred to the second pc??

I am very sorry questions like this has been posted before but I really don't see the system here... :? ...are there some sort of dummies guide to outlook and activesync that explains everything...that would be greate cause I really don't have much time to solve these things by trials :) .

You need to alter the Rules in Options section of Activsync.

Yes but it is also possible to change the settings on the phone is that safe to do or is that for other purposes??

It is ok to change the settings on the phone, personally I do not.

Remember only make changes when you know what you are doing,

unless you want to experiment :)
