Change the way contacts are organised

By default the way contacts are organised in the address book is lastname, firstname - is there a way to change this so it becomes firstname, lastname?

You can choose how each individual contact is displayed just edit the contact and scroll down untill you get to file as, you can then choose to file by first or last name, dont know if theirs a way to do all contacts at once as this could take a while if you have a large contacts list.

Yeah, I keep my contacts in Outlook organized firstname, lastname so on my phone they are shown in the same way. I do it by hand for each contact as I've never found the setting for Outlook to do that by default - lucky I only keep around 100 contacts.
