Guest fallwood Posted September 12, 2004 Report Posted September 12, 2004 You can choose how each individual contact is displayed just edit the contact and scroll down untill you get to file as, you can then choose to file by first or last name, dont know if theirs a way to do all contacts at once as this could take a while if you have a large contacts list.

Guest Exploited Posted September 12, 2004 Report Posted September 12, 2004 Yeah, I keep my contacts in Outlook organized firstname, lastname so on my phone they are shown in the same way. I do it by hand for each contact as I've never found the setting for Outlook to do that by default - lucky I only keep around 100 contacts.
