hi,

ive searched the forum and tried the following:

setting up a new MSN account

changing password so it is text only

checking and deleting proxy settings on phone.

I can browse web pages fine.

GPRS is fine

just when i try to sign in it says service is temporarily unavailable.

I get:

Connecting

Signing in.

please sign out when done

then the error message.

any help appreciated...thnx in advance

I sometimes get no connection as well ( also on the computer ) try using the free application agile messenger as this seems to work perfectly and was used the most during the e100 waiting to update the msn saga

if i install agile messenger can i then uninstall MSN as it wouldnt be needed?

if you install agile messenger you can not uninstall msn messenger as its included on the rom ,only thing you can do is delete the shortcut in the menu but its not really worth it as agile messenger will be on the top of the 3rd menu

to download the latest version go here

http://www.agilemobile.com

hello again,

I sucessfully signed in tonight for the first time, but I had made sure that I was totally signed out on my PC. Normally this wouldn't be an issue because any time you sign in elsewhere it signsyou out on the original. Give that a try. I'm now a happy camper!
