BIG problem with O2 Smartphone

Problem :

Suddenly this phone has a 'Radio Off' status! And now I cant use my phone or any program in it. Whenever I tried to access the programs (Like Task Manager), I get the message, 'Access denied. this program is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate'. I tried Sychonize it with my PC, however, it says 'Device is not detected'.

When I press the Power button once, I have the option to

1. Turn off phone

2. Flight Mode Off

However, when I choose

2. Flight Mode Off, there is no change at all. I still have the option for turning Flight Mode Off.

I moved to Canada after buying this phone, so repair centre is out of question.

Please.. I really need help. Thanks in advance!
