Cannot enter user name on Orneta Reader registration screen?

The code generation page is finally up, but when I go to the registration screen (or open a PDF), the user name box has orange background, and whatever key I press nothing appears. When I switch to the code input box I can input numbers with no problems? Any has an idea why is this?

Just a guess because I haven't done this, but have you filled in your name in Settings, Owner Information on the phone ?

Usually this is what the software puts into the box itself and it should agree with what you used as Owner Name when you got the registration key to put in the other box.

true :) I haven't... actually I had, but then I did a hardreset and it got all lost. But it doesn't open all PDF docs, is this right? I mean just outright says 'cannot open this document' although Acrobat opens it just fine..

I don't know enough about either Orneta Reader or PDF format to answer you, but seeing as I got lucky the first time.... :wink:

Might the PDF document be too large for the phone memory to handle ?

Perhaps if it is multi-page the phone version won't open it ?

Definitely you need someone else to step in here :?
