SPV sync with a Mac

Is it possible, if so how, cos I haven't got a clue?????? Trying to sync it through usb, not bluetooth, any ideas??

Try Pocketmac it enables syncing with BT as well as USB

any other free method, pocketmac seems a bit ropey - heavy on the cpu for some reason
