SD Card problem

Can anyone help?

I bought a new 256 mb SD card for my SPV E200, and although the card works - (in a camera), my phone cannot save anything on it. I am able to view photos previously stored on. I have tried to format it using task manager, but this comes up with an error message. Orange have been particularly useless about this both on the phone and at a repair centre.

The card make is Kingston.

Any ideas?

I found the same identical problem. Now i tried mmc card and it works perfect. I too need to know why? I thought that it was a fault on my E200.

Dual layer cards do not work properly on the E200

you need to use a simgle layer. sandisk are one common

brand that most members use.
