Hi, I just got my Mpx200. But it come up this screen and I don't know how to get into system.

I bought it through eBay and it is from US.

I am a new user and please give me the detail step to fix it

The message you are getting is the request for the PUK code this is a code

asked for when you enter the wrong password too many times.

Best bet is to contact www.imei-check.co.uk as they may be able to help

you out, failing that you need to get the original owner to get the code

from their original network the phone was bought from.

PS image removed, please remember some people here only have 56k

connection speeds and 0.5mb image is a bit on the big side :lol: cheers :)

PPS you know as you bout it from the US (presuming you are in the UK)

you will only be able to use the phone on Orange or Tmobile as O2 and

Vodaphone use the 900mhz band in some areas and so will not work.
