Resetting my SPV

Hi,

My SPV is currently in a bad speed,it warns me there is low space in drive although I'vent installed many things.It's very slow and sometimes having some problems about windows.

Do i have a chance to reset everyting in my SPV and have a clear memory and Windows as new?

A program or a software?
