FM radio in Tanager?

By looking for info about the Tanager, I found an article on mobilmag.cz. It is possible to read to it 'FM radio' in the text. As I cannot read the Czech language then would anybody have the possibility to translate? In all cases if the Tanager has a FM radio then I would like to know if Smartphone2002 can manage this feature. Or maybe a third program?
