Guest Mark0824 Posted September 16, 2004 Report Posted September 16, 2004 Hi, Does anyone know the name of the program that the c500 uses for voice dial using a bluetooth headset? Thank, Mark
Guest Dr Who Posted September 16, 2004 Report Posted September 16, 2004 You need to add voice tags. If it is a number you are dialing go to contacts, add speed dial, voice tag or something like that. FOr an application from the start menu find the app you want, use menu and add speed dial, voice tag.
Guest the_ugly_north Posted September 16, 2004 Report Posted September 16, 2004 There is a program, I believe, that will actually allow you to say numbers (i.e. "0" followed by "7" etc) and call that way.
Guest beersoft Posted September 16, 2004 Report Posted September 16, 2004 your looking for this http://www.msmobilenews.com/?cid=620 later Owen
Guest Mark0824 Posted September 17, 2004 Report Posted September 17, 2004 I think that is is Owen. I have a mPX220 and as yuou may know it does not support Voicedial through Bluetooth. I can use voicedial with the headset stil lconnected but I need to tlak into the phone. Once it recognizes the name and starts to dial it transfer back over the the headset. Since Bluetooth voice dial is not native to WIndows Mobile 2003 SE for Smartphones (according to MS it will be in 2004 version), the C5oo uses a program to accomplish this. Just wondering id the same can be done on the MPX 220. The software was proably altered to work wit hthe c500 but there is no reason it can not be done on a mpx220. Thanks, Mark
