I've thus far heard the 14, then the 24th, and then the 27th...Does anyone know for sure if it will be out this month? Or are we looking at October, the year of the Rat? or never???

Yes.

In other words...until it is released, it is all speculation. There is not actual confirmation. Search all the forums. People who have inside information and have an unimpeachable source, have dates from this week to the end of the year. Relax.
