Slow Voice Tags with Jabra BT200

Using my Jabra BT200 with my C500 - all seems to work okay except that from tapping the button on my headset to initiate a call, it takes a good 10 seconds to pull up the voice-tag screen and sometimes doesn't even pull it up!

Tried sitting within a foot of the phone to make sure it wasn't a range issue and it still takes a long time - anyone else found this?

Adam, Just out of interest what did you have to do to pair the BT200 with your handset. Dont seem to be able to get the C500 to recognise mine!!!

I have a BT250 headset and all I did was to pair it as normal - the phone then asked me if I wanted to use this as a handsfree device (??) - the headset now works fine.

(If you have paired it but it still doesn't work - go to Bluetooth - Menu - Devices - select your Jabra - Menu - select set as Hands Free)

BTW regarding Voice prompts - I have found then when I click the button I have to say something (anything) I will then hear a 2nd beep and if I say the name I require it works fine? Even with this quirk I am still happy with the headset - quality is excellent with this phone.

Saying something after the first beep seems to have solved most of the problems of keep having to hit the 'voice dial' button on the BT200 although it still hasn't cured it 100%.

Also, I've found that after dialing a number, either through voice dialling or manual dialling, then I don't get a ringing tone through the headset - it just puts the call through to the headset about a second after it's been connected. Would be nice to hear a ringing tone.....
