eSQL - Anyone understand how to use this app?

Maybe I'm stupid (don't answer that!) but I can't figure this one out.

On the blurb it says "easy MS Access replacement" (or something like that) but I can't work out how I can put an MDB file on the phone and open it with eSQL

Anyone worked this out? Or am I trying to use a hammer to open a window?

The latter I'm afraid. The database needs to be written in eSQL.
