Web browsing on c500

Hiya

I have ordered my O c500, and it will apparently arrive on Monday!

I am really interested to hear users opinions of how useful the web browser is... Does it cope with most web pages? What about SSL websites? How does it compare with the web browsing on something like the Nokia 6230.

Anyone got any screeshots/photos of a web page rendered on the phone?

Sorry for all the questions, but am a newbie to the smartphoe world, and can't wait! :)

There are some photos of websites buried somewhere deep in Pauls C500 review in News.

I was gong to say are there a couple of sites you use a lot you'd like a photo of, but I've just realised I can't get remote display control to work with the C500. Anyone have any ideas for how to take screen captures from C500?

I visited several sites with no problems, but Internet Exploder gave me an error on one page claiming the browser didn't support frames. Oh well...Opera has announced to be releasing a smartphone-version soon. 8)

the internet explorer on the C500 has also small screen rendering like opera.

when you looking at a page whit scrollbars select option 5 from the menu and than option 1 for one collum.

you don't have to scroll anymore.

I got mine on Thursday :)

So far I am VERY impressed with it - Web Browsing seems very good.

I paid £80 off orange website on £15/month contract. I have no idea how much data I will be using so am making the most of the first month when it is free to see how much I will use in a "high usage month" - hope it's not too much!
