Plese Help My SPV C 500 Has Screwed Up

well all i get on it is just the windows mobil screen it will not do any think eles what have i done to it? is there a way i can get my phone back the way it was? :cry:

You can always hard reset :) Have a look at the sticky topics in this C500 section.

how long do you have to press the soft keys for to get this to work? i tryed a hard reset from the post above but it will not work.

well got the hard reset to work but have now lost everything that was in my phone. :x but i should be able to get my pictures back as they were safed on my pc. and now i have to configer this to work with internet exp agane which i had a lot of troble trying to do.

Yep, a hard reset will do that. It essentially puts the phone back to how it left the factory. Bit of a bummer if you did the reset without realising that. Hope you get up and running again soon!

Hee hee, did I forget to mention that bit :wink:

That's the reason why it's best to store everthing on the SD card. If you take a lot of camera pictures then try setting both General and Photo options to Storage Card.

Unfortunately if the phone memory starts getting full then it can cause problems and sometimes the only way out is a hard reset to clear it :evil:

well at least i got my phone numbers back and my internet favorites as they were saved on my pc and i managed to move them back in to my phone so the only thing i have lost is my text messages :) it could of been a lot worse.
