Email download scheduling

I want to be able to get the C500 to check for mail on my POP3 account at a regular, but only when I'm not at my PC.

Is there a way to do this without going through the long winded account setup every time?

The phone will only check your emails automatically if you have already done a manual Send/Recv since the phone was last switched on.

You could switch your phone off/on when you get back to your PC to stop the auto-download, and then when you go out again just do a manual download.
