how do i delete a permanent number stored in flash

i flashed my phone back to 2002 newest rom, its some spanish one, and it has a 'emergencia' contact with 911 as number saved in flash i guess because i delete it and next power up its back again and i already accidentally called 911!! i need this GONE! it keeps coming back!

WHERE would this be stored?? I already searched the files and registry and cant find anything that might be related to that

Anything that is on the ROM cannot be deleted, if the number

returns after rebooting the phone phone then it' probably kept in the main Windows folder, and could be part of the actual contacts app.
