Unlocked C500

I've just managed to unlock my C500 after having to download the register program.. (quite strange the IMEI number on the box is missing digits.. ..) that aside;

I'm now a tad paranoid until I find out more about this - with the phone unlocked how safe is it? - does the lock only prevent you from installing non-certified applications, or are there other security issues involved?

That's all it does, it's perfectly safe :)

Er, you don't happen to know how to revert WMP back to its default skin do you?..

I've installed, now un-installed a skin.. but WMP remains skinned :/

edit: (so do the startup/shutdown screens :/)

If you've uninstalled it throught the settings option, have you tried rebooting the phone?

yeah, first reboot it was still there, second it went :roll:

hm.

btw - when people say "reboot/restart", Im assuming they mean power-off, power-on.. or is there an actual reboot option hidden away somewhere?
