After an entire day on the internet I've finally found it. This is only for Orange network (as far as I know, but you could try it if you want). I'd tried everything, but this was the only thing that worked.

STEP 1: You need to have the internet on your phone, and it needs to be working.

STEP 2: Go here and fill in the infomation http://developer.orangews.com/orgspv/comdefq.aspx

STEP 3: Use what ever applications you want!

You can also use the site to relock your phone. Have fun.

So I see. My bad. I swear I searched MoDaCo all yesterday looking for an app unlock and found many solutions that didn't work. Maybe it was the words that I typed in. Ok... no biggie. :?
