Problems with exploring my phone!!

Why can't I explore my phone? I got an error message saying "Critical communication services has failed to start" when I'm trying to explore my phone! When I connect the phone to the computer, Activesync starts and it says Connected and synchronized so it should work!? But it don't :cry:

I have tried to disable my firewall and that won't work ether! I'm using Activesync 3.7.1 on Windows XP and it HAD worked before, but why it won't work now I don't know!! Anybody know why? :)(

Is the phone working normally?

Try rebooting both phone and PC and see if that helps.

I have tryed rebooting and that it's not working. Yes, the phone is working accept this problem! :cry: :cry: :cry:

Try deleting the partnership then reconnect the phone an see if you can recreate a new one.

I have already tryed that, I have reinstalled Activesync but it still the same problem :) I almost think it's time to format and reinstall Windows.. seems like it is the only way! :-/
