Guest miah411 Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 Hi, I am a T-Mobile user and have an SPV. I managed to get all my settings correct on the phone and can browse the web, send and receive MMS messages and also receive email. I am writing because I cannot get my yo send.. Anytime I try to send email, I get the error message that says: "The message(s) could not be sent. Verify that you have network coverage and that your account information is correct and then try again." I checked all settings.. My pop3 and my smtp settings are all correct, but I can still not send emails. I assume it is a network problem because I had it with a previous phone, but I was just curious if maybe there is something I am missing or if anyone else is experiencing similar problems... any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Guest smeg36 Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 I had the same problem, and it was caused by the "server requires authentication" option. Make sure that box is checked, and see if that helps.
