Disabling IA's Caller ID...

Hi,

I have a C500 and have bought and installed PocketX Software's Photo Contacts V2.0 but IA's Caller Photo ID still runs as well even though there is no mention of it in the startup folder.

Any ideas where else I look to disable IA's Caller Photo ID?

To stop it you need to kill the process IA_Caller_ID using Task Manager (make sure Hide System Processes is not checked).

To stop it loading at startup, check out StorageWindowsStatUp and delete IA_CID_StartUp.exe

Hello; I have killed the process but my phone doesnt allow me to delete the exe file from the startup folder. What should I do? :?:

Hi!

How about a simple 'cut-paste'. Cut from Startup folder then paste to your folder of choice under ActiveSync.
