Unlocked MPX roaming!

I recently got an unlocked MPX 200 and upon using it with my TMobile SIM, the Roaming icon appears on top. I wouldn't be roaming because I'm using the phone in the area as before and it was never roaming. Is this a glich since the phone was for ATT and will I be charged for roaming fee? Thanks

The Icon shows you have roaming enabled and should not be that you are using it.

Your network should be able to confirm this for you.
