Text tone cannot use WMA?

Sorry if this as been said before but i could not find any topics on it. On my C500 i can use WMA's for ringtones but not for text tones or alarms etc. Is this standard or is it a fault on my phone.

i think its standard, but, with a reg tweak it can work (you can manually edit the reg to play a specific wma file. i'm trying to mod more of the reg now to allow the phone to play those as standard at the moment, dunno if i'll succeed, but its worth a go

Well i least i now know that its not just a fault on my phone once you figured out what reg files needs changing i would appreciate u letting me know as the wav files sound terrible (maybe something i am doing :) )
