Guest severss Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 I have installed active sync 3.7.1 and can sync with calender, and email fine ... There is an icon on the desk top Mobile Device, I understand that I should be able to access my folders on the C500 via this link. when I open it it is a blank screen. :? Sorry if it is an obvious problem but I only got this 5 days ago and am a newbie at this
Guest dynamo Posted September 22, 2004 Report Posted September 22, 2004 You should also see 'Mobile device' in My Computer, try going via that route. If that doesn't work, get the active-sync window open then click on the 'Explore' button at the top. Hope this helps. dynamo
