unlocking software for orange spv

which spv do you have and how are your trying to unlock it?

is it software/application unlock or network/sim unlock?

thanks for reply.

iam trying to remove the sim lock.at the moment its on orange.my windows is me.i have tried the active sync way where you boot the phone in to the canary mode.closing the active sync by using ctrl alt del and then running the software in the background.the software says retrieving codes but stays at 0% all the time there are no changes.only when i remove the phone from the cradle and then error messages are displayed.the 2 phones are both 2002 smartphones one is canary mv v0.98 and the other is canary pv v0.91.

Welcome to the Forum. What phone are you trying to unlock and what network is it on? What OS is running?

it could be one of 2 things

its a spv classic or e100 and you don't have 1.6 or better software on it

or

its an e200/c500 and you need to visit www.imei-check.co.uk
