spv file transfer speed

i was wondering at what speed the spv c500 transfers files to the memorycard?

since the memorycard is beneath the battery it feels like a major thing to take it off each time i want to load new mp3:s on the memory card (wich is often)...this is the only thing that keeps me from bying the c500...could someone please give me a hint of how long it takes to fill a 256mb card with mp3:s via the usb cable?

If you are filling a 256Mb card I it would probably be quicker to remove it and yuse a card reader, it would also probably be worth buying a bigger card.
