new bootloader vs sim-lock

Hi folks

I've been running my good, old SPV on v 0.97 for couple of years, sim-unlocked and what happens when I want to upload to latest bootloader, will I have to sim-unlock again? That might be a problem cause don't have the orange sim-card (reason why on 0.97 for such a long time) :?

The SPV once SIM unlocked will remain so.

The only update that can relock the phone asre ones by the SMART network.
